The FSC has consolidated the Commentary and Investment Management Agreement for a Responsible Entity of a Registered Scheme into a single document. This resource is available for use by FSC members only.

The Superannuation Investment Management Agreement is currently not available for release.

FSC Members: This document is available exclusively to FSC members. Members can download the Word version of the Responsible Entity IMA and Commentary (combined document) via the member portal. If you experience any difficulty accessing the document, please contact membership@fsc.org.au.
